I like this small hospital.
A bit more religious than what I’m used to (this is a 7th day Adventist facility).
Vol is about 24k/yr.
12 hr shifts.
Cerner.
Nursing is good to very good.
Hospitalists are B+ (a little resistance sometimes, not much different from other locations).
Other consultants are overall good.
Easy transfers to Mission, including trauma and STEMI.
Mid levels are good (11-11, 1-1).
The place is in transition (no medical director).
